Corporate gave me the skills. Entrepreneurship gave me purpose.
After twenty-something years in advertising agencies, multi-media corporations, and SaaS startups, where I worked on global ad campaigns, managed strategic partnerships, and wrangled spreadsheets, deadlines, and teams, I found myself at a career crossroads. Sure, I loved the work, but I had always fought against the constraints of being in a 9-to-5 and I'd grown tired of being ruled over by the corporate overlords.
And while I wasn’t sure of my next move, I was absolutely certain that I wanted to build something of my own that made a difference but also gave me the freedom to live life on my terms.
And then I learned about the role of an online business manager (OBM), and it just clicked. This is the work that fires me up, and it’s what I’m really good at: strategy, systems, problem-solving, and working behind the scenes, supporting bold and brilliant founders.

Today, I work with entrepreneurs across the globe. They’re gifted, have big missions, and an abundance of creativity, but the backend of their business has become a drain on their talent and energy. They are ready for someone to come in and take ownership of their operations so they can focus on the work only they can do.
And yes, I’m still fueled by coffee, spreadsheets, and the occasional happy dance when a client hits a major milestone.

Every client journey begins with a Breakthrough Strategy Session. This is an intensive session where we put your business under the microscope. We look at your goals, your operations, your team, and the gaps you're probably aware of but haven’t had the time to deal with. And then we create the plan that maps out precisely what needs to be done, by when, and by whom. This plan is your north star for the next 90 days.
