This is the is the starting point for every client. You bring your current operations, your goals, and your honest assessment of what's working and what isn't. Over 90 minutes, we map out your next three months and identify the operational gaps between where your business is and where you want it to go. You have a new offer to launch? Is your business set up to handle the extra load? Your team is growing? Do they have clarity on what they are there to do?
You leave with a specific, 90-day plan. You can choose to take it and run with it yourself, or you can bring me in to build it with you. Either way, you'll know exactly what needs to happen and when.

The retainer takes you through both the Structure and Scale phases, and the time we spend in each depends entirely on where your business is when we start. We follow the 90-day plan, not a fixed timeline, because your business is not the same as anyone else's.
